OUTDOOR COOKING SYSTEMS, INC. – FACTORY WARRANTY

( This warranty covers all models of OCS Grills)

DURATION OF WARRANTY

Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. warrants all grill components to the original purchaser to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for the following duration:

Ø Lifetime Warranty on all burners

Ø Limited Lifetime Warranty on all other stainless steel components

Ø One (1) Year Warranty on all other components

The above warranties are applicable for the original purchaser from the original date of purchase. These warranties cover the structural integrity of the exterior and interior grill parts, stainless steel burners and other parts under normal usage. Should any structural deterioration occur to the degree of non-performance of the unit within the duration of indicated warranty, a replacement will be provided at the factory in Anaheim, California, otherwise, a shipping and handling fee will be charged. This condition does not apply if the unit was subject to other than normal household use.

Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. will cover all repair and replacement parts for a period of one year, for parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. will provide service, repair and replacement of parts, free of charge, during normal working hours, at the factory in Anaheim , California if claimed within the warranty period and found by Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. to be defective. For outside California purchasers, an Authorized Agent will be provided to perform the necessary service and repair needed and the replacement parts will be shipped. Please contact your dealer.

A warranty card must be submitted/mailed to Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. with a copy of your receipt for our records in order for any claims to be processed. In the event that your equipment/appliance did not come with one, please call Toll Free (888) 748-2588 and ask for Customer Service.

Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc. will neither provide nor cover the following:

Ø Installation or start-up

Ø Normal adjustment to burners, gas regulator, etc.

Ø Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, hostile environments, improper installation or installation not in accordance with local codes.

Ø Cleaning of igniters and/or general maintenance

Ø Shipping/ Delivery damage

Ø Service by an unauthorized agent/agency

Ø Damage or repairs due to service by an unauthorized agent/agency

Ø Use of unauthorized parts

Ø Overtime, weekends, holidays

Ø Improper installation, such as no regulator, improper hook-ups, etc.

Ø Service visits for correct installation (you are responsible for providing electrical wiring, gas installation and other connecting facilities)

Ø Service visits for repairs due to other than normal use.

Ø Service visits to supply user with operational assistance on site.

Replacements, unless otherwise instructed, will be F.O.B. Outdoor Cooking Systems, Inc., Anaheim , California and will not be liable for any transportation costs, labor costs, or export duties. This warranty shall neither apply to nor will assume responsibility for damage/s that might result from failure to follow manufacturer/s instructions or local codes, where the equipment/appliance has been tampered with or altered in any way or which, in our judgment has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. Implied warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of this written warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liability in connection with the sale of this equipment/appliance.
